I lost the files to my original overhaul and kinda wanted to start from scratch anyway.
This overhaul is focussed on reducing downtime and time spent on tedious tasks, in favour of more chaotic, creative and difficult combat and survival scenarios.

- Max simultaneous incoming attacks increased from 1 to 5.
- Blunt organ damage increased by 20%
- Max damage resist 90% from 65
- Bonus damage taken when in negative damage resist 99% from 65
- initials bleed loss halved
- max faction size set to 256 from 30
- max squad size 256 from 20
- max squads 256 from 10
- prison time halved
- get hungry twice as fast while encumbered instead of 70% faster
- heal faster while fed
- All food has less nutrition
- Hunger loss is 2x slower
- med kits drain quicker for novices and slower for masters
- bed heal rates doubled
- bleeding takes much longer to stop when untreated
- body recovers blood faster
- untreated injuries get worse faster
- Toughness has greater effect on untreated injuries
- crippled body parts bleed twice as much
- toughness has greater effect on knockout thresholds
- nights are a bit darker
- sun rises at 6 am and sets at 8pm was 5am and 23pm
- people weigh 60, was 30
- carryweight around 23% better
- base carry weight doubled to 30

Light enough for easy travel, thick enough to block any weapon and a solid crossguard make this a great all round weapon.
Ringed Sabre – Attack their morale
Bonus vs humans to simulate it’s intimidating rattling. Bad vs creatures and robots, cos they don’t give a damn.
Horse Chopper – Dismember animals
Designed for decapitating and dismembering mounts, this weapon is well suited to dealing with any wildlife.
Longsword- the reliable sidearm
Can be wielded by any old idiot, light, average damage vs everything
Combat Cleaver
Fairly average, with a bit better robot damage
Short Cleaver – Unchanged
Long Cleaver
Very high damage

This weapon is dumb and way too strong in vanilla. I nerfed it’s damage, but gave it better robot damage.
Paladins cross
Incredible damage vs the heathens (basically non- greenlander humanoids).
