Ctrl+F is a simple but powerful keyboard shortcut. It opens a small search bar in your browser or document viewer, allowing you to instantly find specific words or phrases without manually scrolling through all the content.
This is especially useful when you’re trying to skip ahead. For example, to find the comments section at the bottom of a long article. Heres how to do just that on this page witht he find function:

CTRLbutton and then tap theFbutton, then let go of both.- On Mac its

- In the corner of your browser a search bar will have appeared.
- Ussually it appears in the top right underneath the toolbar. But it can differ depending on which browser or program your using. it almost always appears in a corner though.
- Im using google chrome in the main image
- Type “comment” into the bar and press ENTER
- Theres also often a submit button if you prefer to click it with your mouse
- All occurences of the word “comment” will be highlighted and you will be able to jump between them using the back and forward arrows next to the search bar.
- Simply click them until you arrive at the occurence your looking for. In this case the comment section at the bottom of this page



Tips & Tricks
- You don’t need to type the whole word — partial words work too (e.g., “comm” finds “comment”).
- Spelling matters — incorrect spelling won’t return results.
- Capitalization usually doesn’t matter, but some apps might be case-sensitive.
