This policy covers digital mods and downloads supplied through digineaux.com, including products offered on a pay what you want basis.
Free downloads and optional payments
Where a product has a $0 minimum price, you can download it free or choose to pay an optional amount. An optional payment made through the product checkout is covered by this policy.
If you paid $0, there is no purchase payment to refund. This does not limit any other rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Change of mind
We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the download, or regret the amount you chose to pay. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or does not match its description.
Faulty downloads and consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer laws. Downloading or using a product does not remove those rights.
If a product has a major failure under Australian Consumer Law, you can choose a refund or replacement. You may also have rights to compensation.
For a minor fault, we may first fix the problem at no cost within a reasonable time. If we cannot or do not do this, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or another remedy required by law.
We do not impose a fixed deadline on statutory claims. The time available depends on the circumstances and applicable law.
Requesting help or a refund
Email [email protected] with the product name, a description of the problem, and your order number or another form of proof of purchase. If available, include your game version, mod version and any relevant error messages to help us investigate.
We will assess the problem and provide any remedy required by law. Digital downloads do not need to be posted back.
Where you are entitled to a full refund, we will refund the amount you actually paid, including any optional amount paid through checkout. We will not deduct processing fees. Refunds will use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise.
